Very interesting read.


"So, the Scottish Government economists are in their second scenario effectively assuming full fiscal autonomy (FFA) plus Barnett."

This is presumably what they really meant when they introduced the (undefined) term "Full Fiscal Responsibility" in their General Election manifesto.


By 'they' I meant, of course, the SNP.
